At Ash Chopping Board, every board is carefully handmade and packed to ensure it arrives safely and ready to use.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected products. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by their local authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
