14 Day Returns Policy

At Ash Chopping Boards, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returns Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Personalised or custom-made chopping boards cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Natural Wood Disclaimer

As all of our chopping boards are handmade from natural wood, variations in grain, colour, and texture are part of the character of each piece and are not considered faults.
